It can be helpful to estimate the shipping cost and timeframe on books before you place your order.
This guide covers how to estimate the shipping cost and timeframe for your domestic or international shipment, even if you're not ready to place your order.
Note: U.S. Economy Shipping is free for orders with $100 or more in books, including qualified combined orders. (Not available to U.S. overseas territories or international shipments.)
1. Sign In to Parent Account (Optional)
Signing in to your Parent Account is optional. You can complete these steps without being signed in to a Parent Account.
However, if you do have a Parent Account and plan to buy the books using the shipping address and payment method saved under your Parent Account, adding the items to your cart while signed in will save you time later on, should you choose to complete this order in the future.
2. Select Books
In the beastacademy.com navigation menu, select either Books or Offerings.
If you're not signed in to your Parent Account, you'll select Books. If you're signed in to your Parent Account, you'll select Offerings.
4. Select Book(s)
On the page with the list of available books, select the books — individual or full set — that you'd like to receive a shipping estimate for. This will take you to the Information page for that book or set.
5. Select Add to Cart
On the Information page, select Add to Cart.
6. Continue Shopping or Checkout
Once you've added books to your cart, a dialog window will pop up, allowing you to continue shopping for more books, or to checkout.
- Select one of the two options:

Continue Shopping:
- If you'd like to include more books in your shipping estimate, select Continue Shopping.

Checkout:
- If you're ready to estimate shipping, select Checkout.

7. Verify Books and Select Estimate Shipping
- Verify that the books in your cart are correct.
- Because the number of books in your cart affects shipping costs and timeframes, ensure that you have the same books that you plan to purchase in your cart, even if you don't plan to complete your order at this time.
- Select Estimate Shipping.
8. Review Shipping Estimate
The Estimated Shipping Cost window will pop up and present several shipping options.
The shipping option(s) available to you depend on where you're shipping to. For the shipping options available for your location, refer to the below table:

Note:
- If your order will be shipped internationally, your shipment may be subject to taxes, duties, or handling fees by your local customs office or postal service at the time of delivery. If it is, you, as the customer, will be responsible for paying those fees. Our parent company — Art of Problem Solving (AoPS) — has no control over the imposition of such taxes or fees by your national, state/provincial, or local government agency, and any such fees are not included in your purchase price with AoPS.
- Please inquire locally with the appropriate government agencies about the imposition of such taxes or fees on items imported from the U.S.
9. If Not Ready to Order, Close Tab
If you're not ready to complete your order at this time and would like to leave your cart, you can close the tab in your browser or navigate anywhere else on the website to leave your cart. Whether you're signed in under your Parent Account or shopping as a guest, the items that you added will remain in your cart and you'll be able to come back at any time and complete your order.
