To help you determine if the Beast Academy books you ordered are right for your student, we offer a 30-day return period for eligible books.

Note:
- Books that were purchased as part of a Bundle (1-year subscription to Beast Academy Online + one level of printed books) have a different return and refund policy
- You can return all or part of your book order
- Bulk discount and Bundle orders excluded as we're unable to process partial returns of books purchased through a Bundle or Bulk Discounts
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
- Refunds don't include the original order's cost of shipping
How to Qualify for a Refund
In order to receive a full refund on the non-Bundle books you return:
- Books must be in retail condition
- In order to be considered retail condition, returned books must have:
- No writing in or on them
- No creases in the pages or on/near the spine
- No missing pages
- No ripped pages
- In order to be considered retail condition, returned books must have:
- Book return packages must either:
- Arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of purchase
- Be postmarked within 30 days of purchase
Refund Timeline
The refund timeline for books is as follows:
