To help you determine if the Beast Academy books you ordered are right for your student, we offer a 30-day return period for eligible books.

Note:
- Books that were purchased as part of a Bundle (1-year subscription to Beast Academy Online + one level of printed books) have a different return and refund policy.
- You can return all or part of your book order.
- Bulk discount and Bundle orders excluded as we're unable to process partial returns of books purchased through a Bundle or Bulk Discounts.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- While refunds do include taxes, refunds don't include the original order's cost of shipping.
How to Qualify for a Refund
In order to receive a full refund on the non-Bundle books you return:
- Books must be in retail condition.
- In order to be considered retail condition, returned books must have:
- No writing in or on them.
- No creases in the pages or on/near the spine.
- No missing pages.
- No ripped pages.
- In order to be considered retail condition, returned books must have:
- Return shipments must be postmarked or processed by your carrier for shipment to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase.
Refund Timeline
Note: The refund timeline doesn't include transit time to our warehouse.
The refund will be reflected on your original payment method within 10–15 business days after your books arrive at our warehouse.
