How to Qualify for a Refund

In order to receive a full refund on the non-Bundle books you return:

• Books must be in retail condition.
  • In order to be considered retail condition, returned books must have:
    • No writing in or on them.
    • No creases in the pages or on/near the spine.
    • No missing pages.
    • No ripped pages.
• Return shipments must be postmarked or processed by your carrier for shipment to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase.

Refund Timeline

The refund will be reflected on your original payment method within 10–15 business days after your books arrive at our warehouse.

How to Return Books

Once you've confirmed that you qualify for a refund, you can proceed with returning your books.
