To help you save on shipping, we allow you to combine domestic U.S. shipments from separate orders into one shipment and provide a refund of excess shipping costs.
This guide covers how customers shipping domestically within the U.S. can combine multiple shipments and qualify for excess shipping cost reimbursement.
Note:
- U.S. Economy Shipping is free for orders with $100 or more in books, including qualified combined orders. (Not available to U.S. overseas territories or international shipments.)
- While we can combine international shipments from separate orders, we're unable to provide refunds on those combined shipments.
Customers who order a Bundle (1-year subscription to Beast Academy Online + one full level of printed books) and ship their books domestically, receive free U.S. Economy Shipping on their Bundle books. Because it's currently not possible for parents with an existing account to purchase a Bundle and other books in the same order, we allow customers to combine separate shipments and provide a refund of excess shipping costs for qualified shipments.
How to Qualify
To successfully combine shipments from separate orders and qualify for excess shipping cost reimbursement:
- The second order must be placed before our warehouse team ships the first order.
- Since we tend to ship orders quickly, we recommend that you ensure you have enough time to complete two orders once you start the first order.
- The orders must have the same shipping address.
- This shipping address must be located in the domestic U.S.

| Two separate book orders, totaling less than $100 in books | While we don’t offer free U.S. Economy Shipping on orders containing less than $100 in books, you can still save on shipping if you’re shipping domestically. When you successfully combine two or more qualified book shipments containing less than $100 in books, your items will be shipped together and you'll be reimbursed for excess shipping costs. |
How to Combine Separate Shipments
Note: Customers can use these steps to combine shipments; both domestic and international. However, only qualified domestic shipments will receive a refund of excess shipping costs.
1. Place First Order
Place your first book or Bundle order.
2. Note Order ID
After you complete your first order, a sales receipt containing your Order ID will be sent to the email address you provided during the order process. Make note of the Order ID as you will need this during your second order.
3. Place Second Order and Leave Comment
Right after you finish placing your first order and note your Order ID, begin to place your second order. When placing your second order:
- Pause on the Billing page.
- In the Comments text box, type "Combine shipment with order" followed by your first order's Order ID.
- Select Review and complete your transaction.
Once you place your order, our customer service team will reach out to you within the next business day to let you know the status of your request to combine shipments.
