When you sign up for Beast Academy Online (BA Online) through beastacademy.com, you create a Parent Account and provide an email address that we'll keep on file under your Parent Account for communications.
This guide covers how to update your email address within your Parent Account.
1. Access Parent Account Page
2. Select Info & Payments Tab
Once you sign in, you'll automatically be taken to the Subscriptions tab of your Parent Account page. Select the Info & Payments tab.
3. Select Pencil Icon Next to Your Email
Under the Info & Payments tab, select the Pencil icon next to your email address.
4. Enter New Email and Save Changes
In the Change Parent Account Email dialog:
- Enter your new email address into the New Email fields
- Select Save Changes
Once you save your changes, your email will be updated in our system immediately. You'll use this email address to sign in to your Parent Account from this point forward.
