When you sign up for Beast Academy Online (BA Online) through beastacademy.com, you create a Parent Account and provide an email address. This email address is kept on file under your Parent Account for updates on student progress and other communications.
This guide covers how to update your email address within your Parent Account.
1. Access Parent Account Page
2. Select Info & Payments Tab
Once you sign in, you'll automatically be taken to the Subscriptions tab of your Parent Account page. Select the Info & Payments tab.
3. Select Pencil Icon Next to Your Email
Under the Info & Payments tab, select the Pencil icon next to your email address.
4. Enter New Email and Save Changes
In the Change Parent Account Email dialog:
- Enter your new email address into the New Email fields.
- Select Save Changes.
Once you select Save Changes, the following emails will be sent:
- An email address change request notification email will be sent to your previous email address.
- A confirmation email will be sent to your new email address.
Before you can sign in to your Parent Account with your new email address and start receiving updates at your new email address, you'll need to confirm your new email address.
5. Confirm New Email Address
To complete your change, you'll need to confirm your new email address within 24 hours of making the change. To confirm your new email address:
- Sign in to your email through your email client (for example, Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Windows Live Mail).
- Open the email from [email protected] with the subject line "Beast Academy: Confirm Account Email."
- Select Confirm.
Once you've successfully confirmed your new email address, the email associated with your account will be updated in our system. From this point forward, you'll:
- Use this email address to sign in to your Parent Account.
- Receive updates at this email address.
