When you sign up for Beast Academy Online (BA Online) through beastacademy.com, you create a Parent Account.
This guide covers how to update your Parent Account password through your Parent Account page.
Note:
- If you've forgotten your password and can't sign in to your Parent Account, you can reset your password from the Parent Sign In page.
- Your student's account is different than your Parent Account. Learn more about the different account types.
- Changing your student's password follows a different process than what's outlined in this guide.
1. Access Parent Account Page
2. Select the Info & Payments Tab
Once you sign in, you'll automatically be taken to the Subscriptions tab of your Parent Account page. Select the Info & Payments tab.
3. Select Change Password
Under the Info & Payments tab, select Change Password.
4. Enter Your New Password and Save Changes
Note: Your Parent Account password must be at least eight characters.
In the Change Your Password dialogue box:
- Enter your current password in the Current Password field.
- Enter your new password in the New Password fields.
- Select Save Changes.
Once you save your changes, your new password will be effective immediately. You'll use this password to sign in to your Parent Account from this point forward.
