1. Access Parent Account Page

   How to sign in to your Parent Account and navigate to your Parent Account page.

2. Select the Info & Payments Tab

   Once you sign in, you'll automatically be taken to the Subscriptions tab of your Parent Account page. Select the Info & Payments tab.

   

3. Select Change Password

   Under the Info & Payments tab, select Change Password.

   

4. Enter Your New Password and Save Changes

   In the Change Your Password dialog box:

   1. Enter your current password in the Current Password field.
   2. Enter your new password in the New Password fields.
   3. Select Save Changes.

   

Once you save your changes, your new password will be effective immediately. You'll use this password to sign in to your Parent Account from this point forward.
