When you purchased your first subscription to Beast Academy Online (BA Online), you created a Parent Account through beastacademy.com. You access your Parent Account by signing in using the email we have on file under your Parent Account. If you can't access or remember the email address associated with your Parent Account, that can cause issues with accessing your account.
This guide covers what to do if you have forgotten or no longer have access to the email we have on file under your Parent Account.
Note: If you can still access your Parent Account, you can change your email address at any time.

If you provided a non-working email address during the signup process (e.g., there was a typo in the email address you provided), you won't be able to confirm the email and complete your Parent Account setup nor set up your child's Student Account for BA Online access.

If you no longer have access to the email address associated with your Parent Account, but have already confirmed it and can access your Parent Account, you can change your email address at any time.

If you forgot the email address associated with your Parent Account, you won't be able to sign in to your Parent Account as you need to know this email address in order to sign in.
