How to Update Your Payment Method

Updated on

If the credit or debit card we have on file under your Parent Account expires, or if you'd like to change the credit card your orders are charged to, you'll need to update your payment method.

This guide covers how to update the payment method on file under your Parent Account.

Note: If you're experiencing trouble adding or updating your payment information, verify that your billing address is an exact match to the address on file for the card with your bank.

2. Select Info & Payments Tab

Once you sign in, you'll automatically be taken to the Subscriptions tab of your Parent Account page. Select the Info & Payments tab.

3. Verify Billing Address and Select Change Payment Method

Under the Info & Payments tab:

  1. Verify that the billing address listed is an exact match to the address on file for the new card with your bank
    1. If it doesn't match, select the Pencil icon next to your billing address and update it so that it's an exact match
  2. Select Change Payment Method

4. Input Updated Payment Information

Note: If possible, we recommend avoiding the use of auto-fill to ensure you're inputting the correct credit for debit card information.

In the Change Payment Method dialog box:

  1. Input your new credit or debit card number into the Credit/Debit Card Number field
  2. Select the Expiration Date
  3. Enter your new credit or debit card's CVV code into the CVV Code field
  4. Select Replace Card

Once you've successfully replaced your card, you'll be taken back to the Info & Payments tab. All of your future payments will be charged to the new card.

Note: If you receive an error message stating, "Unable to process billing information. Please check all your information and try again," and you've confirmed that all of your card information was entered correctly, you'll need to:

  1. Double-check that your billing address (as outlined in step 3) is an exact match to what's on file for that card at your bank
  2. Try again with a different browser or device
