When you buy your first subscription to Beast Academy Online (BA Online), you create a Parent Account at the same time. Once you complete your order, two automated emails will be sent to you: an order confirmation email and an email confirmation request. Before your student can create their BA Online Student Account, you’ll need to confirm your Parent Account email address.
This guide covers how to confirm your Parent Account email address.
1. Complete Your Order
Once your order is complete, a confirmation message will show in your browser and the following two emails will be sent to the email address you provided us with:
- A sales receipt email
- An email requesting that you confirm your email address
2. In the Confirmation Email, Select Confirm
After you successfully complete your order and purchase your first subscription, an email requesting that you confirm your email address will be sent to the address you provided during the checkout process.
- Sign in to your email through your email client (for example, Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Windows Live Mail)
- Open the email from [email protected] with the subject line "Beast Academy Email Confirmation"
- Select Confirm
Tip: Once you confirm your email and sign in to beastacademy.com, you'll be able to sign in to your Parent Account. You and your student will then be able to set up their Student Account within your Parent Account.
- Search your email inbox for an email with the subject line "Beast Academy Email Confirmation"
- Check your email's spam folder
- Contact us for help verifying that your order went through
If you haven't received the confirmation email, it's possible that your email server has blocked our email. If this is the case, you'll need to add [email protected] to your whitelist/safe senders list in order to receive future emails from us. For more information on how to do so, refer to your email client or email provider's instructions.
Once you select Confirm, you'll be taken to our Confirmation page on beastacademy.com where you can now sign in.
