To help you determine if Beast Academy Online (BA Online) is the right fit for your student, we offer a 30-day cancellation and refund period for eligible Bundle orders.

- You can only cancel your Bundle for a refund within 30 days of purchase.
- Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
- Student progress will be saved and accessible again if you reactivate your student's Bundle after canceling it.

- Monthly and Yearly Subscriptions have a different cancellation and refund process than Bundles.
You can cancel your Bundle's 1-year subscription to BA Online and/or return the books within 30 days of your initial purchase for a refund to your original payment method.
When canceling your Bundle, you have three options:
- Cancel your 1-year subscription to BA Online and keep your full level of printed books.
- Return or exchange the full level of printed books and keep your 1-year subscription to BA Online.
- Cancel your 1-year subscription to BA Online and return your full level of printed books.

How Refunds Are Calculated
Note: Refunds don't include cost of shipping.
As illustrated in the below table, there are two main ways in which refunds are calculated. The calculation method is determined by what you would like to cancel/return:

Refund Timeline
BA Online Subscriptions
Once you successfully cancel your 1-year subscription to BA Online, it can take between 7–10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your original payment method. If you're also returning books, this timeline will be extended according to the book refund timeline below.
If you don't see the refund in your bank account when you expect it, check with your bank.
Books
The refund will be reflected on your original payment method within 10–15 business days after your books arrive at our warehouse.
Note: Refund timeline doesn't include carrier transit time to our warehouse.
What Happens After You Cancel Your Student's 1-Year Subscription to BA Online
After you cancel your student's 1-year subscription to BA Online:
- Your student will immediately lose access to BA Online.
- Our system will retain their progress, which will be restored if you reactivate their subscription.
- You'll still be able to access their reports.
How to Qualify for a Refund
Qualify for a Refund on 1-Year Subscription to BA Online
To qualify for a refund on the subscription portion of your Bundle, you must cancel your student's 1-year subscription to BA Online through beastacademy.com within 30 days of purchase.
The 30-day cancellation period:
- Only applies to new subscriptions that haven't been upgraded.
- For example, if your student had a Monthly or Yearly Subscription and you upgraded their subscription to a Bundle, the Bundle would be ineligible for a refund.
- Doesn't reset for reactivated subscriptions.
What if You Don't Qualify for a Refund?
While we can't offer refunds for Bundles that have passed the 30-day cancellation period, the below information may be helpful:
- Bundle subscriptions don't renew automatically. You can simply let the subscription expire.
- Once your student's subscription has expired:
- Your student will no longer be able to access BA Online.
- You won't be charged a renewal fee.
- Your student's progress will be saved and accessible if you reactivate their subscription in the future.
Qualify for a Refund on Books
Note: Return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility.
In order to receive a full refund on the books you return:
- You'll need to return the full level of printed books.
- We can't accept partial returns of books that were purchased as part of a Bundle.
- Books must be in retail condition.
- To be considered retail condition, returned books must have:
- No writing in or on them.
- No creases in the pages or on/near the spine.
- No missing pages.
- No ripped pages.
- To be considered retail condition, returned books must have:
- Return shipments must be postmarked or processed by your carrier for shipment to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase.
Book Exchanges
If you need a different level than the one you ordered and qualify for a refund, you can exchange the books you purchased for a different level of books. To learn more, refer to our guide on exchanging books.
How to Cancel Your Bundle
Once you've confirmed that you qualify for a refund, you can proceed with canceling your student's 1-year subscription and/or returning their books.
