If you already have at least one Student Subscription under your Parent Account and would like to add a Bundle (1-year subscription to Beast Academy Online + one full level of printed books) for another student, you can do that through your Parent Account page.
This guide covers how to add a Bundle to your Parent Account.
Before placing your order, ensure the following:
- You'd like to order a Bundle.
- If you'd like to add a subscription without books, you can add a Monthly or Yearly Subscription
- Your student doesn't already have an existing subscription under your Parent Account.
- If their existing subscription has expired, you can reactivate their expired Bundle or convert their expired Monthly or Yearly Subscription to a Bundle.
- Your Parent Account has less than:
- Six active subscriptions.
- 10 total subscriptions.
1. Access Parent Account Page
2. Select Add Student
On your Parent Account page, select Add Student.
3. Select Subscription Type
On the Subscription page:
- Input your student's name.
- Select Bundle.
- Using the Book Level dropdown, specify the level of printed books that you'd like to order as part of your Bundle.
- Select either Confirm books now or Take placement test first.
- Select Continue.
Tip: If you opt to take the placement test first, your student will be presented with the placement test during the Student Account setup process. They'll have 48 hours to take that test before the books ship out.
4. Complete Steps
Note:
- If you're placing other book or T-shirt orders within the next few hours, you can combine shipments.
- Depending on your location, sales tax may be collected.
- Provide your billing information.
- Select your shipping method.
- Review and place your order.
Once you place your order:
- Your payment method will be charged.
- A sales receipt will be sent to the email associated with your Parent Account.
- Your student's 1-year subscription to Beast Academy Online will expire one year after your Bundle purchase date.
If you selected Confirm books now:
- Our warehouse team will process your book order for shipment.
- You can set up your student's account.
If you selected Take placement test first:
- Your student will need to set up their Student Account and take the placement test during that process.
- You'll have 48 hours to confirm your student's level on your Parent Account page.
- Once you confirm your student's level, our warehouse team will review and process your book order for shipment.
- If you don't confirm your student's level within 48 hours of placing your order, our warehouse team will ship the original book level that you selected in Step 3.
Note: If you'll be adding more than one Student Subscription, you’ll need to follow the above steps to add each subscription individually.
