If you already have at least one Student Subscription under your Parent Account and would like to add a Bundle (1-year subscription to Beast Academy Online + one full level of printed books) for another student, you can do that through your Parent Account page.
This guide covers how to add a Bundle to your Parent Account.
Before placing your order, ensure the following:
- You'd like to order a Bundle
- If you'd like to add a subscription without books, you can add a Monthly or Yearly Subscription
- Your student doesn't already have an existing subscription under your Parent Account
- If their existing subscription has expired, you can convert their expired Monthly or Yearly Subscription to a Bundle or activate their expired Bundle
- Your Parent Account has less than:
- Six active subscriptions
- 10 total subscriptions
1. Access Parent Account Page
2. Select Add Student
On your Parent Account page, select Add Student.
3. Select Subscription Type
On the Subscription page:
- Input your student's name or nickname.
- Select Bundle.
- Using the Book Level dropdown, specify the level of printed books that you'd like to order as part of your Bundle.
- Select Continue.

4. Review Billing Information
On the Billing page:
- Review your Payment Method and Billing Address to ensure accuracy.
- Select Continue.
5. Select Shipping Method
On the Shipping page:
- Select your Shipping Method.
- Confirm your Shipping Address.
- Select Review.
Tip: If you're placing other book or T-shirt orders within the next few hours, you can combine shipments.
6. Review and Place Order
On the Review page:
- Review your Subscription Order Summary.
- Depending on your location, sales tax may be collected.
- Review any policies shown to you.
- Select Place Order.
Once you place your order:
- Your payment method will be charged.
- A sales receipt will be sent to the email associated with your Parent Account.
- Our warehouse team will review and process your book order for shipment.
- Your student's 1-year subscription to Beast Academy Online will expire one year after your Bundle purchase date.
You can then set up your student's account.
Note: If you'll be adding more than one Student Subscription, you’ll need to follow the above steps to add each subscription individually.
