How to Activate an Expired or Inactive Bundle

Bundles include a 1-year subscription to Beast Academy Online (BA Online) and a full level of printed books. Unlike Monthly or Yearly Subscriptions, your Bundle's 1-year subscription to BA Online doesn't auto-renew. Therefore, if you don't renew your Bundle before its expiration date, your student's BA Online subscription will become inactive. If you activate your student's expired Bundle, their BA Online access and progress will be restored and a new full level of printed books will be mailed to you.

This guide covers how to activate your student's expired Bundle.

Before placing your order, ensure the following:

2. Select Activate

On your Parent Account page:

  1. Locate the student whose subscription you'd like to activate.
  2. Select Activate in the student's subscription settings.

Note:

  • If the button in your student's subscription controls section shows Renew Bundle instead of Activate, that means that your student's subscription is still active.
    • If your student's Bundle is active and you'd like to renew their subscription for another year and order a new set of books, you can renew their Bundle.

3. Select Bundle and Book Level

On the Subscribe page:

  1. Select Bundle.
  2. Using the Book Level dropdown, specify the level of printed books that you'd like to order as part of your Bundle.
  3. Select Continue.

4. Confirm Billing Information

On the Billing page:

  1. Review your Payment Method and Billing Address to ensure accuracy.
  2. Select Continue.

5. Select Shipping Method

On the Shipping page:

  1. Select your Shipping Method.
  2. Confirm your Shipping Address.
  3. Select Review.

Tip: If you're placing other book or T-shirt orders within the next few hours, you can combine shipments.

Note:

  • U.S. Economy Shipping is free for orders with $100 or more in books. (Not available to U.S. overseas territories or international shipments.)
  • If your order will be shipped internationally, your shipment may be subject to taxes, duties, or handling fees by your local customs office or postal service at the time of delivery. If it is, you, as the customer, will be responsible for paying those fees. Our parent company — Art of Problem Solving (AoPS) — has no control over the imposition of such taxes or fees by your national, state/provincial, or local government agency, and any such fees are not included in your purchase price with AoPS.
    • Please inquire locally with the appropriate government agencies about the imposition of such taxes or fees on items imported from the U.S.

6. Review and Place Order

On the Review page:

  1. Review your Subscription Order Summary.
    1. Depending on your location, sales tax may be collected.
  2. Review any policies shown to you.
  3. Select Place Order.

Once you place your order:

  • Your payment method will be charged.
  • Your student's book order will be reviewed and processed for shipment.
  • Your student's 1-year subscription to BA Online will be immediately activated, restoring their BA Online progress and access.
