How to Enroll Your First Student in Beast Academy Online

Beast Academy Online (BA Online) is a learning platform for students ages 6–13 offering a self-paced and engaging curriculum that builds a foundation in complex problem solving.

This guide covers how to enroll your first student in BA Online.

Note:

  • If you're looking for live classes, we also offer the following classes that use Beast Academy curriculum:
  • While the example we provide in this guide centers on purchasing a Bundle (a 1-year subscription to BA Online + a full level of printed books), the steps to enrolling your student in a Monthly or Yearly Subscription are very similar
  • Once you enroll your first student, refer to our QuickStart guide for instructions on what to do next

1. Visit beastacademy.com and Select Enroll Now

2. Select Subscription Type

Tip: We offer live, online classes that use Beast Academy curriculum. These classes have a different enrollment process than BA Online.

On the Enrollment page, select the Subscription type you'd like to enroll your student in.

In this example, we're purchasing a Bundle (1-year subscription to BA Online  + one full level of Beast Academy books).

3. Enter Student Information

In the Subscription dialog:

  1. Enter your student's name or nickname in the Name field
    1. This name will help you uniquely identify your student within your Parent Account and can be changed at any time
  2. If ordering a Bundle, select the level of books you'd like to order as part of your Bundle from the Book Level dropdown. (Our placement tests can help you)
  3. Optional:
    1. You can add another subscription to your order
  4. Select Add to Cart

4. Select Checkout

Once you've added the subscription(s) to your cart, select Checkout.

5. Review Items in Your Cart

On the Cart page:

  1. Review the items in your cart
  2. Select Continue

6. Set Up Parent Account

On the Account Creation page:

  1. Enter the email address you'd like to be associated with your Parent Account in the Email fields
  2. Enter the password you'd like to use when signing in to your Parent Account in the Password fields
  3. Review and agree to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and website use consent
  4. Select Continue

Note:

  • Once you complete your purchase, you'll need to confirm this email address
  • You'll use this email to:
    • Sign in to your Parent Account at beastacademy.com
      • Your Parent Account enables you to manage your Student Subscriptions and accounts as well as access reports
    • Receive email updates on your student's milestones, achievements, and weekly progress (if you've opted into email updates)

7. Enter Shipping Information

Tip: You'll only see this page if you're purchasing a Bundle.

On the Shipping page:

  1. Enter your information in the Shipping Information fields
  2. Select your Shipping Method
  3. Select Continue

Note:

  • Your shipping information will be saved to your Parent Account. If you make future purchases while signed in, your shipping address will be auto-populated in the checkout process
  • U.S. Economy Shipping is free for Bundles and orders with $100 or more in books. (Free shipping is not available to U.S. overseas territories or international shipments)

8. Enter Contact and Billing Information

On the Billing page:

  1. Enter your phone number in the Phone Number field
  2. Your email address will already be populated in the Email field
  3. Enter your billing information in the Billing Information fields
  4. Select Review

Note: Your billing information will be saved to your Parent Account and populated in the checkout process the next time you place an order while signed in.

9. Review and Place Order

On the Review page:

  1. Review your email address, shipping address, and billing information
  2. Review your Subscription Order Summary
    1. Depending on your location, sales tax may be collected
  3. Review any policies shown to you
  4. Select Place Order

Once you place your order:

  • Your payment method will be charged
  • A sales receipt will be sent to the email address associated with your Parent Account
  • Our warehouse team will review and process your book order for shipment (if your order included books)
  • Your student's subscription to BA Online will begin immediately and will either expire or automatically renew based on the type purchased

Note: If you need to enroll another student after you complete your order, you can add a Bundle or add a Monthly/Yearly Subscription to your existing account.
