While Monthly and Yearly Subscriptions are set to auto-renew, some parents decide to turn off auto-renew. In this case, once the month or year ends, the subscription becomes inactive. Parents who want to renew their student's Beast Academy Online (BA Online) access and order a full level of printed books can convert their student's inactive Monthly or Yearly Subscription to a Bundle through their Parent Account page.
This guide covers how to convert your student's inactive Monthly or Yearly Subscription to a Bundle.
Before placing your order, ensure the following:
- Your student's Monthly or Yearly Subscription is inactive rather than active.
- Upgrading an active Monthly or Yearly Subscription to a Bundle follows a different process.
- You'd like a 1-year subscription to BA Online as well a full level of printed books.
- If you wish to renew your BA Online subscription without books, you'll need to activate your Monthly or Yearly Subscription.
1. Access Parent Account Page
2. Select Activate
On your Parent Account page:
- Locate the student whose subscription you'd like to activate.
- Select Activate in the student's subscription settings.
Note: If an inactive subscription has no Activate button, that most likely means that you signed that student up for an Art of Problem Solving (AoPS) Academy class that uses Beast Academy curriculum. If this is the case for your student, you can contact us for more information on what to do.
3. Select Subscription Type
On the Subscribe page:
- Select Bundle.
- Using the Book Level dropdown, specify the level of printed books that you'd like to order as part of your Bundle.
- Select Continue.

4. Review Billing Information
On the Billing page:
- Review your Payment Method and Billing Address to ensure accuracy.
- Select Continue.
5. Select Shipping Method
On the Shipping page:
- Select your Shipping Method.
- Confirm your Shipping Address.
- Select Review.
Tip: If you're placing other book or T-shirt orders within the next few hours, you can combine shipments.
Note:
- U.S. Economy Shipping is free for Bundles and orders with $100 or more in books, including qualified combined shipments. (Free shipping is not available to U.S. overseas territories or international shipments.)
- If your order will be shipped internationally, your shipment may be subject to taxes, duties, or handling fees by your local customs office or postal service at the time of delivery. If it is, you, as the customer, will be responsible for paying those fees. Our parent company — Art of Problem Solving (AoPS) — has no control over the imposition of such taxes or fees by your national, state/provincial, or local government agency, and any such fees are not included in your purchase price with AoPS.
- Please inquire locally with the appropriate government agencies about the imposition of such taxes or fees on items imported from the U.S.
6. Review and Place Order
On the Review page:
- Review your Subscription Order Summary.
- Depending on your location, sales tax may be collected.
- Review any policies shown to you.
- Select Place Order.
Once you place your order:
- Your payment method will be charged.
- A sales receipt will be sent to the email associated with your Parent Account.
- Our warehouse team will review and begin to process your book order for shipment.
- Your student's 1-year subscription to BA Online will be immediately activated, restoring their BA Online progress and access.
