Beast Academy Online (BA Online) subscription codes can be purchased through our holiday gifting program, our Save with Friends program, and our partnership with ClassWallet (if applicable). These codes can be redeemed for a 1-year Subscription to BA Online.
This guide covers how to redeem subscription codes purchased through any of the above methods.
Note:
- Subscription codes can be redeemed for:
- A new student's 1-year subscription to BA Online.
- A one year extension beyond an existing student's current expiration date. Their progress will be retained.
- Once a code has been redeemed for a subscription, the subscription can't be canceled or transferred.
The exact steps for redeeming subscription codes are dependent upon whether you have an existing Parent Account and if you're extending a current student's access or setting up a new student's subscription.

Note:
- You can only add one student per subscription code.
- You can only apply a subscription code to a new subscription if you have four or fewer student subscriptions under your Parent Account.
1. Access Parent Account Page
2. Select Add a Subscription Code
On your Parent Account page, select Add a subscription code. You may select this under any student's subscription settings, even if that's not the student you'll be applying the code to. This will take you to the Subscription Code Redemption page.
3. Add New Student
On the Subscription Code Redemption page:
- Enter the nickname for the new student that you'd like to redeem a subscription code for.
- Select Add Student.
Note: If you're signed in to your Parent Account and would like to add a new student during this process, but don't see the Add Student button, please reach out to us.
4. Apply Code
Once you've added your student:
- Input the full subscription code, including any letters and hyphens at the beginning of the code.
- Select Apply Code.
5. Review Order Summary
On the Order Summary page:
- Review your Order Summary.
- Note your student's subscription expiration date.
- Select Apply Code.
Once you select Apply Code:
- You'll see the Confirmation page.
- Your student's subscription will begin immediately and will expire one year after the date you redeemed the subscription code.
- Auto-renew is off by default, however, you can turn auto-renew on at any time before their subscription expires.
- Your subscription code will be applied to your new student subscription and can't be applied to any other subscriptions.
- An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your Parent Account.
Note:
- Before your student can access BA Online, you'll need to set their account up.
- If you have another subscription code that you'd like to redeem for a new subscription, you can select +Add Another Code on the Confirmation page.
- Subscriptions created through the redemption process can be upgraded to a Bundle within 30 days of redemption.
Note:
- Applying a subscription code to an existing subscription will extend that student's subscription one year past its current expiration date.
- If you're applying the subscription code to a Monthly or Yearly Subscription, that subscription's auto-renew settings will be honored when the subscription ends.
- If you're applying the subscription code to a 1-year subscription that is part of a Bundle, the subscription will expire on the new subscription expiration date, unless you renew the Bundle first, or apply a new subscription code beforehand.

On your Parent Account page, select Add a subscription code. You may select this under any student's subscription settings, even if that's not the student you'll be applying the code to. This will take you to the Subscription Code Redemption page.
3. Select Student and Apply Code
On the Subscription Code Redemption page:
- Select the student you'd like to apply the subscription code to.
- Input the full subscription code, including any letters and hyphens at the beginning of the code.
- Select Apply Code.
4. Review Order Summary and Apply Code
On the Order Summary page:
- Review your Order Summary.
- Note the date that your student's current subscription will be extended to.
- Select Apply Code.
Once you select Apply code:
- You'll see the Confirmation page.
- Your student's subscription will be extended one year past its current expiration date.
- Your subscription code will be applied to the selected student's subscription and can't be applied to any other subscriptions.
- An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your Parent Account.
Note: If you have another subscription code that you'd like to redeem for a new subscription, you can select +Add Another Code on the Confirmation page.
Note: You can only add one student per each subscription code.
1. Navigate to the Redemption Page
Subscription codes can only be redeemed through our Subscription Code Redemption page.
2. Input Code
On the Subscription Code Redemption page:
- Input the full subscription code, including any letters and hyphens at the beginning of the code.
- Select Continue.
3. Create Parent Account
Note: All BA Online student subscriptions have an associated Parent Account.
On the Parent Account Information page:
- Enter the email address you'd like to be associated with your Parent Account in the Email field.
- Enter the password you'd like to use when signing in to your Parent Account in the Password fields.
- Select Continue.
4. Add Student
On the Add a Student page:
- Enter a nickname for the new student that you'd like to redeem a subscription code for.
- Select Continue.
5. Review Order Summary
On the Order Summary page:
- Review your Order Summary.
- Note your student's subscription expiration date.
- Review and agree to the terms.
- Select Apply code.
Once you select Apply Code:
- You'll see the Confirmation page.
- Your student's subscription will begin immediately and will expire one year after the date you redeemed the subscription code.
- Auto-renew is off by default, however, once you have a credit card on file, you can turn auto-renew on at any time before their subscription expires.
- Your subscription code will be applied to your new student's subscription and can't be applied to any other subscriptions.
- An order confirmation email as well as an email confirmation request will be sent to the email address associated with your Parent Account.
