When you first create a Beast Academy Online (BA Online) subscription for your student, our website will prompt you to enter your student's name. Student names are especially helpful if you have more than one Student Subscription under your Parent Account. Your student's name uniquely identifies your student within your Parent Account, enabling you to make subscription changes and track/manage their progress.
This guide covers how to change your student's name from within your Parent Account.
Note: Your student's name is different than their nickname (also referred to as their username). While your student's name can be changed at any point, their nickname can't be changed once selected.
1. Access Parent Account Page
2. Edit Student's Name
On your Parent Account page:
- Locate the student whose name you'd like to change.
- Select the Pencil icon next to your student's name.
3. Enter New Name and Save Changes
In the Edit Student Name dialog box:
- Enter your student's new name in the New Name field.
- Select Save Changes.
Once you save your changes, your student's name will be updated in our system immediately.
