Your student's password enables them to sign in to Beast Academy Online (BA Online).
This guide covers how to change your student's BA Online password, which must be done through your Parent Account.
Note:
- Your student's account is different than your Parent Account. Learn more about the different account types.
- Changing your Parent Account password follows a different process than what's outlined in this guide.
1. Access Parent Account Page
2. Select Change Password
On your Parent Account page:
- Locate the student whose password you'd like to change.
- Select Change Password under the student's name and username.
3. Enter New Password and Save Changes
Note: Your student's password must be at least five characters and can't include the student's name/nickname or username.
In the Change Password dialog box:
- Enter your student's new password in the Password fields.
- Select Save Changes.
Once you save the changes, your student's new password will be effective immediately. Your student can then sign in to BA Online with their new password.
