When you and your student first set up their Student Account for Beast Academy Online (BA Online), they created a username. Your student uses this username to sign in and play BA Online. If they forget their username, you can locate it in your Parent Account.
This guide covers how to find your student's username within your Parent Account.
Note:
- Your student's username is different from your Parent Account username, which is your email address. If you forget this email, reach out to us at [email protected].
- Your student's username is different from their name/nickname. While your student's name can be changed at any point, their username can't be changed once selected.
1. Access Parent Account Page
2. Locate the Student and Username
On your Parent Account page:
- Locate the student whose username you'd like to find.
- Make note of the username below your student's name/nickname.
Tip: Each student's username consists of an adjective, an animal, and a two-digit number.
