When you and your student first set up their Student Account for Beast Academy Online (BA Online), they chose a nickname (username). Your student uses this nickname to sign in and play BA Online. If they forget their nickname, you can locate it in your Parent Account.
This guide covers how to find your student's nickname within your Parent Account.
Note:
- Your student's nickname is different from your Parent Account username, which is your email address. If you forget this email address, reach out to us at [email protected].
- Your student's nickname is different from their name. While your student's name can be changed at any point, their nickname can't be changed once selected.
1. Access Parent Account Page
2. Locate the Student and Nickname
On your Parent Account page:
- Locate the student whose nickname you'd like to find.
- Make note of the nickname below your student's name.
Tip: Each student's nickname consists of an adjective, an animal, and a two-digit number.
