Bundles come with a 1-year subscription to Beast Academy Online (BA Online) and new, one full level of printed books. Renewing your student's Bundle provides them with a new full level of printed books and extends their current 1-year subscription to BA Online one year past its current expiration date. You can renew active Bundles at any time.
This guide covers how to renew your student's active Bundle.
Before continuing, ensure the following:
- Your student's Bundle is active rather than expired.
- Expired Bundles have a different activation process.
- You'd like to renew your 1-year subscription to BA Online as well as purchase a new level of books.
- If you wish to renew your active BA Online subscription without books, you'll need to convert your active Bundle to a Monthly or Yearly Subscription.
1. Access Parent Account Page
2. Select Renew Bundle
On your Parent Account page:
- Locate the student whose Bundle you'd like to renew.
- Select Renew Bundle in the student's subscription settings.
Note: Bundles are either active or expired. If the button in your student's subscription settings shows Activate instead of Renew Bundle, that means that your Bundle's expiration date has passed and that student's subscription has expired. If this is the case, you'll need to activate that subscription rather than renew it.
3. Specify Printed Book Level
On the Subscribe page:
- Using the Book Level dropdown, specify the level of printed books that you'd like to order as part of your Bundle.
- Note the subscription's new expiration date.
- Select Continue.

4. Confirm Billing Information
On the Billing page:
- Review your Payment Method and Billing Address to ensure accuracy.
- Select Continue.
5. Select Shipping Method
On the Shipping page:
- Select your Shipping Method.
- Confirm your Shipping Address.
- Select Review.
Tip: If you're placing other book or T-shirt orders within the next few hours, you can combine shipments.
Note:
- U.S. Economy Shipping is free for orders with $100 or more in books, including qualified combined shipments. (Free shipping not available to U.S. overseas territories or international shipments.)
- If your order will be shipped internationally, your shipment may be subject to taxes, duties, or handling fees by your local customs office or postal service at the time of delivery. If it is, you, as the customer, will be responsible for paying those fees. Our parent company — Art of Problem Solving (AoPS) — has no control over the imposition of such taxes or fees by your national, state/provincial, or local government agency, and any such fees are not included in your purchase price with AoPS.
- Please inquire locally with the appropriate government agencies about the imposition of such taxes or fees on items imported from the U.S.
6. Review and Select Place Order
On the Review page:
- Verify your Subscription Order Summary.
- Depending on your location, sales tax may be collected.
- Review any policies shown to you.
- Select Place Order.
Once you place your order:
- Your payment method will be charged.
- Your student's new level of printed books will be processed for shipping.
- Your student's subscription to BA Online will be extended one year beyond its previous expiration date.
