Monthly and Yearly Subscriptions become inactive once the subscription is canceled, or — if auto-renew has been turned off — once the expiration date has passed. Parents can activate student's inactive subscriptions through their Parent Account page.
This guide covers how to activate an inactive Monthly or Yearly Subscription.
Before continuing, ensure the following:
- Your subscription is inactive or expired rather than active.
- You'd like to order a Monthly or Yearly Subscription and don't need a full level of printed books.
- If you'd like to order a Yearly Subscription with a full level of books, you may prefer to convert your inactive subscription to a Bundle (1-year subscription to Beast Academy Online + one full level of printed books).
1. Access Parent Account Page
2. Select Activate
On your Parent Account page:
- Locate the student whose subscription you'd like to activate.
- Select Activate in the student's subscription settings.
3. Select Subscription Type
On the Subscribe page:
- Select Monthly or Yearly.
- Note the renewal schedule.
- Select Continue.
Note: The process for converting an inactive Monthly or Yearly Subscription to a Bundle is slightly different than what's outlined in this guide.
4. Confirm Billing Information
On the Billing page:
- Review your Payment Method and Billing Address to ensure accuracy.
- Authorize recurring (auto-renew) charges.
- Select Review.
5. Review and Select Place Order
On the Review page:
- Review your Subscription Order Summary.
- Depending on your location, sales tax may be collected.
- Review any policies shown to you.
- Select Place Order.
Once you place your order:
- Your payment method will be charged.
- A sales receipt will be sent to the email associated with your Parent Account.
- Your student's subscription will be immediately activated, restoring their BA Online progress and access.
