This guide covers a high-level overview of the different cancellation processes and links to guides on each process.
Note:
- Student progress will be saved and accessible again if you activate your student's subscription after cancelling it.
- The 14- and 30-day cancellation period ends exactly 14 and 30 days from your original date of order.
Cancellation Processes
The process you'll use to cancel your student's subscription or book order depends on the product and how recently you placed your order. Use the table below to identify the process that applies to your situation.

If you're not sure when you placed your order, check the order placed date on your sales receipt. This sales receipt was sent to the email address you provided during the order process. See below for an example:
Tip: If you can't find your sales receipt in your email, look for an email from [email protected] with a subject line that begins with "Beast Academy Order."
How to Verify if Your Student's BA Online Subscription is Eligible for a Refund
If you're not sure when you purchased your student's BA Online subscription and want to know if the subscription is still within the cancellation period, you can check on your Parent Account page. To do so:
- Access your Parent Account page.
- Locate the student whose subscription you'd like to cancel.
- Look for the Cancel / Refund link.
- If you don't see this link, you're ineligible for a refund and will either need to:
- Turn off auto-renew (Monthly or Yearly Subscriptions only).
- Let the subscription expire by not renewing it (Bundles only).
