The Bundle includes a 1-year subscription to Beast Academy Online (BA Online), one full level of printed books, and does not auto-renew. To help you determine if Beast Academy is the right fit for your student, we offer a 30-day cancellation period for refunds on eligible Bundle orders.
This guide covers how to cancel the 1-year subscription to BA Online that came with your Bundle.
Note:
- Before canceling your Bundle, ensure that you've reviewed our Bundle Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your Bundle's 1-year subscription to BA Online and/or return the books within 30 days of your initial purchase for a refund to your original method of payment
1. Access Parent Account Page
2. Select Cancel
On your Parent Account page:
- Locate the student subscription you would like to cancel
- Select Cancel / Refund in that student's subscription settings
Note:
- The 30-day cancellation period ends 30 days after you place your order
- Once the 30-day cancellation period has passed, you no longer have the option to cancel and the link will no longer appear in your student's subscription settings
3. Confirm Cancelation
In the Cancellation dialog box:
- Select Yearly Subscription
- Optional: If you're planning to return the printed book set, select Books
- Review the refund amount
- Select *Process Refund
Note:
- Cancelling your 1-year subscription to BA Online and/or selecting Books in the Cancellation dialog doesn't automatically trigger a refund on your books. If you want a refund on the printed book set that came with your Bundle, you'll need to ensure that the books qualify for a refund
- If you select both Books and Yearly Subscription, you'll receive a combined refund for both 10–15 business days after we receive your qualified books
Once you select *Process Refund:
- Your student's subscription will be immediately canceled and they will no longer have access to BA Online
- The refund process can take up to 7 – 10 business days after your student's subscription has been canceled (or 10–15 business days after we receive your qualified book return)
- Their subscription will be listed as Inactive on your Parent Account page
- If you'd like, you can choose to activate their subscription by selecting Activate
