To help you determine if Beast Academy Online (BA Online) is the right fit for your student, we offer a 14-day cancellation period for refunds on eligible Monthly and Yearly Subscriptions.
This guide covers the refund process and how to cancel your student's Monthly or Yearly Subscription.
Note:
- You can only cancel Monthly and Yearly Subscriptions for a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- However, you can turn off auto-renew at any point.
- Bundles have a different cancellation and refund process than Monthly and Yearly Subscriptions.
- Student progress will be saved and accessible again if you reactivate your student's subscription.

Refund Information
Eligibility
To qualify for a refund on your student's subscription, you must cancel your student's subscription through beastacademy.com within 14 days of purchase.
The 14-day cancellation period:
- Only applies to new subscriptions that haven't been upgraded.
- For example, if you upgraded a Monthly Subscription to a Yearly Subscription, it would no longer be eligible for a refund.
- Doesn't reset for reactivated subscriptions.
- Doesn't apply to subscriptions purchased through our Save with Friends discount.
How Refunds Are Calculated
Refund amounts depend on whether you have a discounted sibling subscription under your Parent Account.
For example:
If you buy a full-priced Yearly Subscription ($99.99) for one student and a discounted ($64.99) Yearly Subscription for another student, canceling either subscription will refund the discounted subscription price ($64.99).
Canceling both subscriptions will result in a refund of $164.98 ($99.99 + $64.99 = $164.98).

Refund Timeline
Once you successfully cancel your BA Online subscription, it can take between 7–10 business days for the refund to be reflected on your original payment method.
What Happens After You Cancel Your Student's Subscription
After you cancel your student's subscription:
- Your student will lose access to BA Online, immediately.
- Our system will retain their progress which will be restored if you reactivate their subscription.
- You'll still be able to access their reports.
How to Cancel Your Student's Monthly or Yearly Subscription
1. Access Parent Account Page
2. Select Cancel / Refund
Note: The Cancel / Refund link will only appear under subscriptions that are eligible for a refund. If your student's subscription is ineligible for a refund, you can turn off auto-renew to ensure that you aren't charged again at the end of your billing cycle.
On your Parent Account page:
- Locate the student whose subscription you'd like to cancel.
- Select Cancel / Refund.
3. Select Cancel Subscription
In the cancellation dialogue box, select Cancel Subscription.
Once you cancel your student's subscription:
- Their subscription will be immediately canceled and they will no longer have access to BA Online.
- Your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Their subscription will be listed as Inactive on your Parent Account page.
- If you'd like, you can choose to activate their subscription by selecting Activate.
